Do you require KYC?
We do not require any kind of KYC. Our main goal is offering a solution against centralized services. So KYC is against our principles.

How does unique order number work?
To increase privacy, we don't require contact info for delivery anymore. You can track your order with unique order number instead of sharing your Telegram username or email address.
How to view order status?
If you closed the order page, you can check order's status by entering order ID on Check Order Status page.
Is there any hidden fee?
Unlike some other sellers, we have clear fee policy. You always get what you paid for, not less.
How long does delivery take?
If you bought an automated service, you'll receive goods in around 5 minutes. Manual service delivery usually takes 1 hour, it may take a bit longer depending on the amount and payment method.
Can I refund the product?
Refund is only possible if we fail to deliver. Virtual cards, gift cards and other products can not be refunded after delivery. Please read product description before buying.
